The Escapees RV Club is my favorite, and one that every RVer, or wannabe RVer should consider.
They have a number of discount parks around the US, but, while the discount is nice, that isn't the main attraction. The main attraction is the friendship and support to be found there.
Escapees has over 34,000 member families, with 50 regional chapters and 52 special-interest (Birds of a Feather) groups throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico,
There are numerous GTGs (Get-togethers), regional rallies, and other events, so no matter where you are, there's usually an event within a reasonable distance.
In addition, they have two large and well-attended Escapades each year. These are week-long seminars on RV living. A Spring Escapade is held in the Western US, and the Fall Escapade is held in the East.
