I wanted to find Wildflower viewing information for other states, but wasn't having much luck until I found this USDA Forest Service site that has a hotline for all US states:

There is always a flower blooming somewhere on a national forest and a multitude of ways to celebrate. We help communities create native plant gardens to attract butterflies, for example. We even sponsor a wildflower hotline number featuring weekly updates on wildflower viewing sites and events such as are listed by state on this web site. The Hot Line is: 1-800-354-4595. Since 1992, more than 100,000 people have participated in wildflower events sponsored by the Forest Service and partners.
